POSTAGE & DELIVERY
The following table shows our delivery costs irrespective of the size and weight of the order:
• UK - £8.50
• Europe £12.50
• Rest of the world £15.50
We are pleased to offer free European and international delivery for purchases over £250.
Items will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Teenytini insures each purchase during the time it is in transit and delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for goods delivered at which point responsibility passes to you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Refund and exchange
We are happy to exchange your product if you are not entirely satisfied. Refunds will be given only if the product is faulty.
You have up to 14 days (from the date of shipment) to return the product you are not satisfied with.
Please use a Recorded Delivery service to make sure your parcel reaches us, and retain your receipt for postage. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. A 'proof of posting' form will not be sufficient.
